Derick Mesch

Derick joined the Firm in 2008 and focuses on tax and transaction advisory to our clients. Previously, he was employed with Ernst & Young working in merger and acquisition, partnership, and infrastructure tax consulting to corporate and private equity clients. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association and a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, a JD from The University of Tulsa, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from The University of Florida.
